Ayers International Corp is a woman owned business which was founded in 1980 by Leonard Roland, a polymer chemical executive with over 25 years in the industry. Originally established as an importer and distributor for polyvinyl alcohol, Len Roland used his knowledge and experience as a chemical engineer to place off-spec chemicals and by-product streams. In 1989 Paula Marcus joined Ayers, and expanded the company focus to include serving as a reliable source and distributor for specialty chemicals. Since its inception, Ayers has built strong relationships with a sterling network of domestic and international chemical manufacturers.
